"Ryan and Teresa were able to get us our house at UNDER ASK which is UNHEARD OF especially with the way the market was going now where everyone's shooting for 50 60 70 thousand over ask no inspections nothing!! They were amazing I couldn't recommend them more and I'm happy to say that not only have they been phenomenal as real estate agents doing their job finding us the perfect home and going above and beyond we are now proud to say that they are lifelong friends of ours and they're just amazing people!!"

"Ryan Sunden is a true professional ! He is knowledgeable, ambitious, organized and on top of his game. In today's time it's very difficult to find a passionate professional who is diligent, honest, and thorough at the same time. If you want your home sold in the most systematic and timely fashion with outstanding results, Ryan will undoubtedly deliver on his promises in no time ! Buying and selling a home is one of the most important things you can do for your family and with Ryan as your realtor, you can never go wrong. Highly Highly Highly Recommend !"

"We had the best home inspector and the best team of attorneys. As a first time home buyer things could be very scary. I'm glad we met Ryan. We also met Theresa Carlomagno. She is part of Ryan's team and she is awesome. They were there for us when we needed them. Thank you for sticking with us and for helping us find our home."

"Ryan is an exceptional realtor. He really WORKED for us. From day one his level of accessibility was like nothing I’ve ever seen from any other realtor or service professional. He checked in daily and was available 24/7 to answer any question, no matter how big or small. The positive attitude he had was well needed in our situation as we had two deals fall through. Within hours he had another deal on the table. He’s a bulldog, he works SO hard and wouldn’t stop until we got to the closing table. He’s very professional, compassionate and loves what he does. I’ve never seen a realtor with the work ethic that he has, all day every day until the house is sold. The white glove service that he provided was also top notch, he was available for everything and never had one of his associates take care of things for him. It was him, all of the time. If you want someone who is going to get the job done, and done well then you must use Ryan Sunden."

"I was very happy and impressed by the professionalism of this agency. I was contacted right away after inquiring about an apartment and my agent was very flexible with my schedule. I was able to see the apartment and sign the lease within a week. I would recommend this group to other people looking to buy or rent in the Bergen County area!"

"A true Go Getter on every level, Ryan worked as if he was selling his own home! He was involved with the staging, landscaping, and drone video production of our home. Our home was sold within four hours of hitting the market for the price that we wanted! Selling our home of 22 years was made easy....a special thanks to Theresa who truly was there for all the emotional support that was needed for the transition. What a great team and a great experience! Many thanks!"

"Having Ryan and Theresa with us throughout was instrumental in helping us find our perfect home. The guidance and support we received was invaluable. We would most certainly would have given up if not for his continued encouragement and consistent understanding of our needs and wants, even as they changed. We really enjoyed working with Ryan and his colleague Theresa and would both recommend and use them again in the future should we ever move again!"

"The summer of 2022 was a very weird time for real estate and no matter what curveball was thrown our way Ryan was there ready to respond. We were very impressed by his attention to detail, but even more impressed with his work ethic. True character and grit come out when faced with adversity and Ryan shone like few I've ever seen. Always optimistic, always energetic, always ready to bring it. We received multiple offers on our property and sold it for well over asking price. Hands down we would use Ryan and his team again in the future."

"Ryan is a true professional. He knows how to navigate through all the real estate details. Guided me on which upgrades were needed to make my house top notch and get me top dollar on the sale. He gave us the support we needed throughout the entire process. He is very dedicated to details which helped us understand what needed to be done and get it done. I have bought and sold a few houses and never have I seen such a dedicated, knowledgeable and professional realtor."

Tony Gonzalez

"Ryan is a true professional. From marketing to the close of the sale was flawless. He went over and above throughout the process and had multiple offers...ultimately leading to a great selling price."

"I had spoken with a few people whom I intended to meet, until I spoke with Ryan. I knew immediately that I did not need to look further or interview anyone else. Upon meeting him in person, I was convinced I had made the right choice. And based on the work he did for me, I can confirm that my instincts were right. Now that my house is sold, I still remain in contact with Ryan, and consider him a friend. If you are looking for someone who will do their very best for you, and who is extremely knowledgeable and professional, I recommend choosing Ryan. You will not be disappointed."

"You are going to read many excellent reviews about Ryan but these are by product of his amazing capabilities because the guy is simply a beast but if there is anything to absorb from my review about Ryan is that real estate transactions are not always sunshine and rainbows and the guy is simply ready for it all. Please know that Ryan and his team truly devote themselves on a personal level ( all hours of a day ) to get you to the other side successfully, specially when things don't pan out the way we want and that's why who you hire makes all the difference. We are two times winner and that is thanks to Ryan and the Sunden Group."

"Ryan and Theresa were in constant contact with us, checked in daily, sending listings and researching ones we had found on our own, reporting back same day, every time. We would recommend Ryan, Theresa and their entire team to anyone looking for a home in the area, they did not disappoint!!"

"Ryan is top notch. He is a doer, he will work harder than any realtor I know. He’s professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond for you and your family. He makes you feel like you are his only client, giving you 100% of his attention. I’ve never seen anyone else work harder, he clearly has a passion for people and real estate."
